A legendary brewery of arts and culture, Fouquet’s has been, for more than a century, the meeting place for epicureans in search of high-end « brasserinomie ». Declined, from Paris, to Cannes, Toulouse, Marrakech, La Baule, Enghien-les-Bains, Courchevel and Montreux, the mythical Parisian address will settle in early 2020 in a place just as symbolic in terms of France’s international influence.
In the heart of the Abu Dhabi Louvre, this exceptional project is a symbol of openness to the world where this 9th Fouquet’s address promises gastronomic moments of sharing and conviviality, in the greatest tradition of Parisian breweries and in respect of local culture.
Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi will be inspired by the elegant and artistic atmosphere of the museum designed by Jean Nouvel, while respecting the brand’s codes with its unique atmosphere and red chairs. The menu will be prepared in collaboration with Chef Pierre Gagnaire, inspired by the signature dishes of the Fouquet’s brewery, while adapting to local culture and international customers.
« The arrival of Fouquet’s at the Louvre Abu Dhabi marks an important milestone in the Barrière group’s international expansion. Thanks to our strong iconic concept and expertise, we have the legitimacy to associate ourselves with a place whose cultural and artistic value is well established. Barrière is proud to be able to offer, as of next year, the essentials of our Parisian brewery, enhanced with local flavours in such a symbolic place. « said Dominique Desseigne, President and Chief Executive Officer of Fouquet’s.
