English, Spanish, and now Chinese! The city of Bois-Colombes, Hauts-de-Seine (92), has just published the tourist plan of the commune in Mandarin (with practical information and on the heritage) for Chinese tourists, many to pass by Bois-Colombes each year.
In 2017, nearly 9,000 of them spent one or more nights in the city’s two hotels, Residhome and Bestwestern.
According to one of the managers of these establishments: »It is an interesting initiative because these Chinese clients like to be able to locate where they are, even if they travel in a group, and they absolutely do not understand either French or English.« .
To contact them: Anne Beaudon at Residhome (+33 1 47 85 50 00) and Audrey Cazorla at Best Western (+33 1 41 32 11 01).
The map is available in these two hotels, at the reception of the Town Hall or can be downloaded from the website www.bois-colombes.com.
