The island will offer an 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman and Lorena Ochoa, a Nature Protection Institute run by Fabien Cousteau, a marina and a private airstrip.

In the heart of Caye Chapel in Belize
The 113-hectare island is surrounded by almost 10 kilometres of white sand and turquoise water beaches, and is 26 kilometres from Belize City, either 30 minutes by boat or 10 minutes by plane. The island’s marina and airstrip can accommodate private boats and planes for owners and guests arriving from far away. Although the island is a destination in itself, it is also a starting point for exploring cultural and natural sites on the mainland and surrounding cays.
[2]The project includes 35 Four Seasons Private Residences and 50 Four Seasons Private Estates, which owners can design and build according to their desires. Each course has access to a private beach and golf course.
The resort will include 100 rooms and suites designed by Studio Caban, including bungalows on stilts.
The many services include wellness centres, two beach clubs, several restaurants and bars with sea views, shops, a children’s club, a marina, tennis courts and the 18-hole White Shark golf course designed and reinvented by Greg Norman and Lorena Ochoa.
The natural environment of the island will be the perfect setting for boat trips, diving, stand-up paddle. Fabien Cousteau’s Institut pour la Protection de la Nature and an Adventure Centre complete the offer. Through the Institute, clients and residents will be able to participate in research and training projects, including a 3D coral reef printing program.
