New products for business tourism in Las Vegas

For the 25th consecutive year, Las Vegas has been recognized as the number one business tourism destination in the United States by the Trade Show News Network. With 3 of the country’s 10 largest congress centres, the city hosts nearly 22,000 professional events each year and offers one of the best MICE experiences in the world.

Last year, more than 6.5 million visitors from all over the world came to Las Vegas for their business trips, a figure that has doubled in 20 years.

Las Vegas plans to continue this momentum in 2019, with new infrastructure and more and more events.

The Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) is one of the largest convention centers in the United States and around the world.

Already offering an exhibition hall of 180,000 m2 and more than 140 meeting rooms, the centre is intended to host even more events and improve its capacity in the coming years as work has begun to expand the centre, initially, and subsequently renovate the existing parts.

Work has just begun and the first plans have revealed a very modern architecture and futuristic design that gives the building a strong identity. While the renovation work is scheduled to be completed in 2023, the expansion should be completed by the end of 2020, in time to host CES 2021 in January.
