Ponant, the world leader in luxury shipping and the leading French cruise ship owner, announces the upcoming acquisition of Paul Gauguin Cruises, a long-time specialist and internationally renowned for its expertise in destinations such as Tahiti, French Polynesia, Fiji and the South Pacific.

As part of this acquisition, the two companies retain their own identity.

The structures in place in the United States are not modified : Diane Moore, General Manager of Paul Gauguin Cruises will continue to lead her team in Seattle.
