The Otto family has just officially acquired a quarter of the shares of Ruby Hotel. This operation is part of a capital increase for the German hotel group, founded in 2013 around Lean Luxury’s innovative concept (or luxury with lightness) and which currently operates seven establishments. Ten other addresses are also under construction or opening.
